Technology

CUBES is a brand new, patented technology for the production of near-net shape casting models, which reduces production costs by up to 40% and at the same time guarantees the highest material quality. Models made with CUBES technology require no preparation and little post-processing.

Material (SikaBiresin® ingot casting resins)

The proven SikaBiresin® products are used for the CUBES process. Cubes has a variety of PU model casting resins that cover a wide range of applications with densities from 0,80 bis 1,60 g/cm³. While the blocks with a density of <1 g/cm³ are mainly used for design / styling / cubing models and light shapes, the blocks with a density of 1.2 g/cm³ are used as resistant tools in foundry model making, prepreg technology and more other forms their use.
