INSIDE SALES - TECHNICAL SALES
Location Salzburg | Full time (40 wkhours)| for the immediate entry

Your tasks:  â€‹

  • Offer firstin cooperation with work preparation and production 

  • Constructive processing of customer data for production 

  • Telephone support for customer inquiries 

  • After sales support 

  • Active regular and new customer acquisition 

  • Maintenance of customer data and processing of new customer leads 

  • Opening up new sales opportunities - markets 

  • Close cooperation with the management 

Your profile:

  • Distinct customer orientation and pleasure in sales 

  • Completed training with technical understanding 

  • Ability to use MS Office, especially Ecxel 

  • Knowledge of CATIA or similar CAD programs 

  • Experience with CRM systems desirable 

  • Fluency in English 

  • Ability to work in a team, flexibility and resilience 

  • Willingness to learn and familiarize yourself with new fields of technology 

  • Systematic working methods, organizational and communication skills 

  • CIP = continuous improvement process
